Purpose Provide a high-value, cost-effective photography package for listings that balances speed, image quality, and marketing-ready deliverables to help agents sell properties faster and for higher prices.
Package Overview
Price: $299 flat rate
Coverage: Up to 2,000 sq ft (single-level or multi-level with reasonable access)
Visit length: Up to 60 minutes on site
Turnaround: 24-hour standard delivery (rush 6-hour available for +$75)
Travel: Within 25 miles of studio included; additional mileage charged at $0.75/mile
Included Deliverables
Professionally edited color images: 25 final images optimized for web and print
High-resolution JPEGs: suitable for brochures and MLS uploads
Floor plan: Simple scaled floor plan (2D) from photos/measurements
Rights: Full usage rights for agent marketing and MLS; photographer retains portfolio usage
Add-ons (optional)

Premium 3D dollhouse + floor plan package: $225
Additional twilight conversions: $40 each
Extra images: $10 per additional edited image
Virtual staging: $45 per room (limit 6 rooms)

Pre-shoot checklist and consultation to highlight selling features
Professional lighting, wide-angle lenses, and tripod use for consistency
Basic declutter guidance and staging suggestions (on-site)
Interior and exterior photos: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, major amenities, curb/front exterior
Booking & Preparation Guidelines
Booking: Reserve via email or online calendar; 24-hour deposit recommended to hold slot
Prep time: Recommend property be ready 30 minutes before scheduled shoot time
Staging tips: Remove personal items, clear countertops, open curtains, turn on lights, hide trash/recycling bins, park vehicles off-drive if possible
Pets/occupants: Keep out of frame during shoot; owners welcome to be present but should remain out of shot
Access: Provide lockbox code or be on-site to grant entry; key/lockbox handling agreement required
